Rapid Compression Machine

With the development of high pressure injection systems, some studies on vaporization and combustion processes are necessary. The determination of some spray characteristics, as tip penetration or cone angle, permits to understand better, on the one hand, vaporization processes, and on the other hand, the different phenomena contributing to the high pressure injection and combustion optimization.
Theses studies require some optical diagnostics techniques.
